Sometimes things just get away from you and are just too much to handle. With my construction background and support we can make measured decisions to maximize the net proceeds of sale for your Challenged Asset. I manage all property conditions.
Abandoned, deferred maintenance, property clean up, no utilities, city orders to comply,general maintenance and garbage removal. Many times this will not cost the home owner a $ as I include these services as part of my listing agreement.
If you have an elderly relation in a home that requires some of these property services please contact me to discuss how listings and showings can be handled to minimize the impact to the occupant. In most Physically Challenged Assets, I insist on doing all showings myself. On over 80% of the severely challenged assets that I sell, I also provide the buyer.
